I disagree with that statement because a lot of different ways in the use of the Internet it self. Internet has a very important role in our lives today. The Internet offers many positive functions we can get. For example, the Internet is to provide information about a matter that we want to know. All information that happens in this world in every seconds, minutes, hours, days, months and other times we can know instantly or when ever we want. For example we want to know the natural disasters that occurred in China's current state, we can open it immediately and seek information via the Internet without the need we have to directly come to China's State it self. The Internet provides a wide range of information without boundaries.
Use of the Internet in the open sites are also dependent on the user in using the Internet it self. What is the purpose opened internet users. So the statement above,I think only applies to people who like to abuse the internet function or is not responsible in using the Internet it self, so that could be causing moral decline.
